Paper Submissions
SUBMIT YOUR PAPER via EasyChair Conference System (CLOSED)
Submitted papers must be written in English; they should be at most 8 pages conforming to the IEEE conference proceedings format (8.5" x 11", Two-Column): http://www.ieee.org/conferences_events/conferences/publishing/templates.html. Submissions should include paper title, abstract, authors' names, their affiliations, and emails addresses.
All accepted papers (presented at ICT-DM'2014) will be included in IEEE Xplore. The proceedings will also be submitted for possible indexing to EI Compendex, ISI Thompson Conference Proceedings Citation Index (CPCI), Scopus and INSPEC.
Special Issues
Extended version of selected high-quality papers (presented at ICT-DM'2014) will be considered for publication in one of the following special issues:
- - "Collaboration Technologies and Systems for Disaster Management" of the International Journal of Information and Communication Technology (IJICT)
- - "Data/Information Management and Analysis for Disaster Management" of the International Journal of Information Technology and Management (IJITM)
Best "Paper Awards" and best "Student Paper Awards" will be granted.
Demo Submissions
Authors are invited to submit a 2-page extended abstract describing the main contributions of the demo using the IEEE conference proceedings format (8.5" x 11", Two-Column):
